For orders within the United States: Orders ship from Oakhurst, California. Our online store will display all shipping options and calculate costs when you check out. Didgeridoos have a shipping cost between $12 - $25 depending on size, weight, and final destination. UPS 2 and 3 Day Express shipping options are available if you need something in a hurry (UPS does not count the day of pickup). When calculating delivery time, the day the package is picked up from us is not factored as a transit day. Shipping within the Continental United States? Receive FREE Ground shipping on orders over $75. California residents will have an added 8% sales tax. UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please choose a USPS Mail option when shipping to a P.O. Box.
For International orders: Please check our list at the bottom of this page to see if we can ship to your country. Shipping is between $25 - $85 for 5-10 day delivery depending on size and weight. The item then has to clear your countries customs department. This can take another 10-15 days depending on how busy they are. First Class International is less expensive for our smaller items, but it can take up to 45 days for delivery, if you are in a hurry, please pick Priority International delivery at check out. There also may be additional international customs clearance charges or taxes that your country may charge you upon delivery. On very rare occasion a package will be returned to us as undeliverable. When USPS or UPS returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges). An incorrect address is the most common reason for this to occur. Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing your order.

Shipping a gift? No worries! We don't include pricing paperwork in the box or put our full company name on the return shipping label. The receiver of your gift won't know what is in the box when it arrives.
All orders are insured for damage. If your order is damaged in shipping please keep all the packing materials and call us immediately at (866) 468-3434. We will file the claim for you with the shipping company and send you out a replacement product right away.
Satisfaction Guaranteed. If not satisfied, return product(s) within 15 days of receipt in original condition for an exchange or refund (less shipping costs incurred). If this is a gift, the evaluation period of 15 days will begin once the gift is opened by the recipient. Returned orders that have our free shipping offer will be refunded the cost of the product(s) minus the original shipping charges incurred. We'll pay any return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
In the event of a return, you will receive your refund within three weeks of returning your package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
